Shipping + Returns

At The Gathered Gift, each box is carefully packed with attention and love. Because of the nature of our curated and personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
